Jack's Third Birthday!

Jack turned three a few weekends ago and it was quite a day of celebration! The theme was Mickey Mouse Clubhouse [MMC]. At the end of the day, i think there were probably 19 different Micky's in my sister's house.

See below for the slide show. The day's events included: waffles for breakfast, reveal of his MMC mat, playground, more gifts (aquarium magnets and bike), reveal of the real MMC, dinner with the family, more presents (MMC train and ball), cake, then bed!

A few notes:
1. Yes, we did build the MMC out of a sofa box and other assorted boxes on Friday night. And we did spray paint the whole thing, after a trip to Walmart for more spray paint. Let's just say that at the end of the night, i was quite proud of our accomplishment!

2. Any "crafty" thing you see in ANY photo is due to Paige. She made everything. It's ridiculous. The MMC out of cardboard, the MMC mat (insane!!) and the happy birthday sign. The aquarium magnets were made by my other sister, Claire. And my mom made Jack's outfit. So between my mom and my two sisters, i won't ever have to make anything crafty or learn to sew!

3. Kate was in attendance all day for Jack's birthday, but this post is all about Jack. Kate's photos are coming later next week.
