In the third installment of the FAQ series, I want to talk about what you can do after the session with your photos.
When will my photos be ready?
I will mail you a CD and post your online slide show within 30 days after the photo session.
After the session, what can I do with the photos?
One CD of high-resolution, color corrected, digital images is included in your session fee. You will receive a print release on your invoice and are free to reproduce these images as often as you choose.
What rights do I have to the photos?
Laine Williams Photography holds all copyright to your images. You are free to upload these photos only to social media formats (Facebook, your personal/family blog, etc.) that allow you to add a photo credit for Laine Williams Photography.
Do I need to sign a Minor Model Release Form?
Yes. I will e-mail you a Minor Model Release Form for you to read carefully and return with both parent signatures at the session. No photos will be taken without a completed Minor Model Release Form.
